1:1 Mentorship Packages

1:1 mentoring is a personalized approach designed to accelerate your career in product management. Because of the individual focus, each session is highly flexible and specifically tailored to address your personal goals and the unique challenges you face.

Each mentoring session lasts one hour, during which we can work through a customized learning plan based on your objectives, or directly tackle any current challenges you're experiencing.

During a typical mentoring session, we discuss and explore the ways to help you achieve your goals or overcome obstacles you face. You bring the most important topics to our mentoring sessions, and we work together to find the possible ways or getting to where you want. We'll devise an action plan and strategies for moving forward, and in the subsequent sessions will discuss if any changes are needed to help you achieve your goals.

My commitment to you as a mentor includes maintaining confidentiality and thoroughly understanding your context to offer the most effective guidance possible.

Depending on a plan you chose, we will meet regularly to discuss your goals and challenges. For better results I suggest to work on weekly/bi-weekly basis with the ongoing feedback from you.

To support your continuous development, we'll set up a way to communicate asynchronously. This ensures that you have support whenever needed, allowing you to ask questions or seek clarification on-the-fly.

There's no required duration for our mentorship, some of my mentees have been able to solve their challenges even after the first session, some needed for continuous work with me.
