ABOUT ME

I've been very fortunate to accidentally land my first job in Product Management about ten years ago, which quickly became my passion. Building products that customers love is one of the most challenging jobs but the most rewarding when you do it right. But it's one of the most fun jobs, as you get to spend time with customers, learn about their problems, needs, and desires, thinking creatively about how to solve them, and hopefully see your product rise to the sky.   

I've been lucky doing precisely this first at Magento, an open-source eCommerce platform, and now BigCommerce, a SaaS-based eCommerce platform. This experience has allowed me to learn and grow from a junior product manager to a Sr Director of Product Management at BigCommerce. 

I would now like to share my expertise by providing product management mentoring to people who want to get into a product management career and product management consulting to companies who are early at their product management practice.
